We are seeking a highly capable and collaborative Senior Business HR Partner to join our client in Adelaide's CBD. This role offers the opportunity to contribute at both a strategic and operational level within a dynamic, multidisciplinary consultancy.

The Role:

As a Senior Business HR Partner, you will provide expert guidance and practical support across all areas of people and culture. You will partner with leaders to deliver initiatives that enhance employee engagement, workforce capability, and organisational performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with leaders to provide strategic HR advice and operational support.
  • Driving people and culture initiatives that strengthen engagement and performance.
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and workforce planning.
  • Leading employee relations matters with a fair, balanced, and pragmatic approach.
  • Ensuring compliance with workplace legislation and best practice HR standards.
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of HR frameworks, policies, and processes.
