We are an Independent Consultancy business with customers all across Australia. We are in need of an Administrative Assistant to support our operations.
We offer training and growing on the job with opportunities to develop and succeed with the business.
You will be required to work four (4) days per week (Negotiable)

**About the Role - Responsibilities**:
- Maintain service and reporting documentation for ongoing projects
- Organize and schedule invoicing and payment information to our accounts department for completed work
- Schedule various work tasks
- Preparing reports, maintaining and developing appropriate filing systems.
- Order supplies and assist in the administration side of our Laboratory
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
**About You**
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems, procedures and equipment
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Part-time hours: 30.40 per week
**Salary**: $39,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
