**About the Role**

As a Sales Coordinator/Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This position requires a balance of administrative expertise, client relationship management, and support for sales campaigns. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.

**Role Breakdown**:

- **Administration**: Focus on campaign management, compliance, marketing, and team support.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Nurture and follow up with buyers and vendors.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Client Interaction**:

- Meet and greet at open homes and auctions.
- Provide outstanding customer service to buyers and vendors.

**Campaign and Team Support**:

- Assist with listing presentations and marketing collateral.
- Manage campaigns, including liaising with solicitors, conveyancers, and stylists.
- Ensure compliance for listings and transactions.
- Coordinate and book advertising across portals and social media.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain and update the CRM/database.
- Prepare reports and presentations for the sales team.
- Manage the exchange and settlement process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

**Marketing and Social Media**:

- Coordinate with photographers, graphic designers, and external vendors.
- Schedule and post social media content, including property listings and fun, engaging posts.

**What We’re Looking For**

**Essential Skills & Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in real estate administration or sales coordination (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain).
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional presentation and a friendly demeanour.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:
