
Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our State General Manager and maintain the smooth operation of our office.
This pivotal role requires a dynamic individual who can partner with the General Manager, manage diaries, meetings, and correspondence, arrange travel and detailed itineraries, prepare and coordinate meetings, presentations, and reports, take minutes, be the first point of contact for enquiries, build relationships with stakeholders across all levels, assist with team engagement activities and staff events, and maintain office facilities, supplies, and vendor coordination.
Requirements:- Proven experience in a similar administrative role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Resilience and adaptability under pressure
- Professionalism and discretion with confidential matters
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
