We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Project Estimator / Administrator** to join our growing team on a **casual, part-time basis**, with the potential for the role to **transition into a full-time position** based on performance and business needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and review cost estimates.
- Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and coordination.
- Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and compliance records
- Support project managers in tracking progress and flagging risks or delays

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in estimation, project coordination, or administrative support
- Strong skills in Excel and other office software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, manage time well, and work independently
- Attention to detail and problem-solving attitude

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of Australian Real Estate Market
