**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a passionate and proactive Creative Assistant to join our fast-paced and collaborative styling team. This role supports our Senior Stylists in the end-to-end delivery of events, while also playing a key part in client communications, event quoting, and onsite execution. It’s a perfect opportunity for someone with a creative eye, strong organisation skills, and a genuine love for events and design.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist Senior Event Stylists in preparing styling quotes, mood boards, and event concept presentations
- Respond to and manage incoming event enquiries and nurture ongoing client relationships
- Create detailed styling proposals and convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Complete and manage event documentation including briefs, timelines, and production notes
- Liaise with venues and suppliers to coordinate event logistics and styling requirements
- Provide on-the-day event support including styling installations and furniture setup
- Support the Marketing team with content creation, photoshoots, and social media campaigns
- Contribute to general administrative tasks and assist in keeping the stock organised

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Prior experience in events, styling, interior design, or a creative support role is desirable
- Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
- Creative flair and a passion for design and aesthetics
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools is a plus
- Willingness to work onsite at events, sometimes outside standard office hours

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
