As Brand Assistant, you’ll be embedded in the heart of our creative studio; where campaigns are conceived, experiences are refined, and stories come to life. Reporting to the Global Head of Brand, this role is vital to the seamless orchestration of our brand initiatives.

You’ll coordinate the production of our photoshoots and campaigns, manage day-to-day team operations, and ensure every output meets our exacting standards. With a calm presence and razor-sharp organisation, you’ll keep momentum moving forward - ensuring our vision is executed with clarity and care.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Lead production logistics across brand and e-commerce shoots; from casting to post-production.
- Support end-to-end planning of brand-led initiatives including product launches, partnerships and experiential events.
- Represent the brand in-store and on-set with professionalism and confidence.
- Maintain accurate brand stock inventory and coordinate internal and external transfers.
- Manage schedules, team meetings and project workflows with precision.
- Provide essential administrative support to the broader brand team

**ABOUT YOU**
- You thrive in creative environments, but bring order and organisation.
- You’re warm and naturally collaborative with a strong eye for detail and an intuitive understanding of brand storytelling.
- Experience managing logistics for shoots, events or creative projects.
- Strong administrative capabilities and calendar management.
- Proven ability to support brand-led initiatives, manage inventory and organise logistics effectively
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- A genuine appreciation for fine jewellery, luxury retail and design.
- A Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
