We are searching for a **panel of Studio Assistants** to join our team. This role will bounce between the two segments of the business, caretaking in and assisting with the growth of the studio spaces and brand, as well as assisting with ever-increasing production requirements.

This will be an opportunity to develop your creative flair, test ideas across short and long-term creative projects, and gain experience in an active production environment. We want to bring together a team with varied skills and experience, to grow alongside the business with developing roles.

We are looking for **a number of casuals **to fit a flexible working schedule, that will vary month-to-month depending on client numbers. We will provide you with full training and support for you to understand our business and excel in your new role.

**MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assisting with Studio Management, including setup and packdown of bookable spaces.
- Cleaning and Maintaining Studio and Office Spaces, and assisting with installation of new equipment and furnishings.
- Customer Service, including assisting with requests, performing site inductions and monitoring ongoing bookings.
- Assisting with Production Administration, including organising Call Sheets.
- Operating as a Production Assistant on shoots located at the studio, and/or externally.
- Assisting with Social Media Content Planning, Development and Execution, including On-Camera Appearances and Video Hosting when necessary.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**

**Experience**:

- Previous Content Creation experience is highly favourable, including Photography, Video Production & Editing.
- Customer Service Experience favourable but not essential.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Google Docs Suite
- Customer Service Skills
- Understanding of Current Social Media Landscape
- Basic knowledge of Photography and Video Production
- Warm and Professional Personality
- Comfortable with Presenting/Starring in Video/Photo Content

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 16 per week
