**About the role**

We are currently seeking a passionate and high performing **State Sales Manager, VIC & NSW**to join our Melbourne based team. This role is a **permanent full-time** opportunity based in our Southbank office.

Reporting to the **General Manager Victoria,** you will play a pivotal role in leading, coaching and motivating your team to achieve sales revenue targets, enhance customer experience and drive strategic outcomes.

In this this role you will:

- Lead, manage and motivate the Sales team
- Achieve state sales revenue and related sales and customer experience targets
- Provide strategic and operational insights to continuously improve the sales process and customer experience
- Champion a customer-led approach across the sales lifecycle
- Monitor and manage sales and settlement pipelines
- Prepare competitor analysis reports, PCG reports and weekly sales results
- Contribute to ICOM and Board reporting

You will bring your proven sales management experience in residential land / housing along with your track record of exceeding sales targets. Your thorough knowledge of legislation governing real estate sales and knowledge of state market challenges and opportunities will be well regarded.

A valid real estate licence is required for this role.
