- Proven experience as a State Manager or high-performing Area Manager in a fast-paced fashion retail environment
- A go-getter mentality with a "Make it Happen" attitude
- A passion for leading, inspiring & empowering teams to deliver exceptional results
- A strong ability to drive sales, exceed KPIs & identify growth opportunities
- Operational expertise in stock control, data lead decision making, visual merchandising & store management
- Experience managing rosters & wage control to optimise efficiency
