**VIC State Manager - Landscaping Operations**

We’re looking for a **VIC State Manager** to lead our high-performing Victorian team. If you’re passionate about building and maintaining exceptional landscapes — and want to grow your career with a company that values its people — this is the role for you.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Provide hands-on leadership, motivate teams, identify improvements, and ensure resourcing needs are met.
- Support business development by identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and helping grow our client base.
- Manage team leaders and site staff to deliver projects safely, on time, on budget, and to the highest quality.
- Oversee contract performance and compliance, including forecasting, reporting, invoicing, and timesheet approvals.
- Drive operational excellence through planning, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Champion workplace safety and ensure compliance with WHS requirements across all projects.

**Skills and Experience**

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Operations, Contracts, or State Management role — ideally within landscaping, construction, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of landscape construction and maintenance operations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
- Highly organised, self-driven, and client-focused.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
