Findex is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer who will be responsible for providing day to day accounts receivable and related administrative services within the Findex Group, and to the Corporate Head Office in Melbourne.

**What will your typical week look like?**

The role is primarily responsible for processing high volumes of receivables activity from direct debits and all client receipts and bank reconciliations whilst ensuring compliance with policy and procedure. As part of the day-to-day responsibilities, you will be required to both initiate and respond to enquiries with internal Findex Staff and other stakeholders including the branch network.
- Processing daily receipting of direct credits and debits
- Processing BPAY and bank reconciliations for the company
- Daily receipting breakdown report
- Follow up with bank for traces unallocated payments
- Managing the accounts receivable inbox

- You will have previous experience within in a similar role, ideally in accounts receivable or within a broad accounting role
- You will possess excellent communication and customer service skills and are familiar with working with a diverse range of clients
- Ideally someone with strong Excel skills and knowledge of creating Pivot tables
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise workload
