The role You will contribute to the delivery of quality recruitment process service and advice, and ongoing initiatives relating to attraction, recruitment, and selection. You will have the ability to establish strong relationships with hiring managers by providing efficient and effective end-to-end recruitment support using various recruitment databases and HR systems including Springboard, VADER, and SAP.
With a keen and curious mind, strong customer focus and high attention to detail, you will be involved in the development of local procedures, strategies and guidelines for streamlining HR services and will assist in the design and implementation of recruitment process improvement initiatives.
The successful personExperience in a similar role and passion for recruitment and selection will see you do well in this position. You will be comfortable looking to policy and guidelines to provide credible and compliant advice. You will have strong stakeholder engagement experience, demonstrating high level communication and interpersonal skills necessary to liaise and consult with a variety of different stakeholders via a variety of correspondence methods.
