As a **Recruitment Advisor** at Macmahon, you will join a team of 15 Recruitment Advisors supporting a range of mining operations across Australia. You will join a team supporting recruitment at Byerwen Coal Mine, recruiting for both blue & white collar positions across mining operations & maintenance business units. Working closely with the mobilisation team and site-based internal stakeholders, you will be responsible for facilitating the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions within your assigned project portfolio. This position is based at the Macmahon Brisbane corporate office.

**About you**
- 1 or more years’ experience in an internal or agency role within the Mining, Oil & Gas or Civil Construction industries
- Experienced in high-volume blue collar recruitment preferred
- Skilled in recruitment software or HRIS (SuccessFactors experience highly regarded)
- A high level of interpersonal & communication skills, with demonstrated experience dealing with internal stakeholders
- Understanding of compliance requirements in a coal mining & civil industry environment desirable
- Proficient in creating basic recruitment reports
- Basic skills with Microsoft Office 365 suite

As a part of the recruitment process for this role you are required to complete a pre-employment medical, inclusive of drug and alcohol screening and completion of criminal history and qualification checks. Additionally, you will be required to provide proof of working rights in Australia, i.e. a copy of your valid Australian passport, birth certificate, citizenship certificate or current visa grant notification.
