Join Icon’s recruitment / talent acquisition team and work in partnership and collaboration with our hiring managers, supporting them to find the right people for roles throughout Australia. We're looking for a proactive recruiter who is active on LinkedIn and has a desire to create effective and engaging social media recruitment campaigns. This is a centralised role that will see you interacting with leaders across a range of roles and location, supporting them by:

- Creating recruitment sourcing strategies across multiple channels
- Drafting and posting job advertisements
- Submitting short lists to managers
- Arranging online reference checks
- Providing advice and guidance on how to conduct effective recruitment processes
