Hays is seeking a Recruitment Advisor to assist a State Government client on a short term full time temporary basis. This role requires an immediate start running through until 15 September with a 3-4 week extension option available.

**Your new role**

This role is required to support the HR Business Partnering team to finalise upcoming bulk state recruitment.

More specifically tasks required are, but not limited to:

- Designing recruitment questionnaire for SmartJobs advertising
- Liaising with internal Recruitment team
- Creative advertisement writing
- Development of bespoke selection tools/templates/checklists as required to assist the panel in bulk recruitment
- Creation of 'panel packs' which could include scheduling or assisting in scheduling of interview/shortlisting dates, developing FAQs etc.
- Any other recruitment administration related takes as required.
