**About the role**
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Specialist located in Brisbane, QLD. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and supporting sales activities. Daily tasks will include creating marketing content, monitoring market trends, engaging with customers, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves collaboration with various teams to ensure consistent branding and communications.

**What you'll be doing**
- Optimising website performance and user experience to improve online visibility and lead generation
- Analysing data and insights to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all marketing channels
- Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to recommend innovative strategies
- Providing regular reporting and making recommendations to continuously improve marketing performance

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing consultant role
- Relevant experience within the healthcare industry is a must
- Minimum of Master's degree in Marketing
- Proficiency in developing and executing Marketing Strategies
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns, with a focus on SEO, SEM, and social media
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decision-making
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Willing to get a NDIS Working Screening Clearance Card and Working with Children Card (Blue Card)

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Masters Degree (required)

**Experience**:

- relevant: 3 years (required)

- Australia (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
