The Role

As our Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of all day-to-day marketing activities to build brand awareness for Agri Labour Australia and sister companies Agri Talent and Health+ People.

You'll be working closely with our in-house team and external stakeholders, including our external marketing agency, with key responsibilities including:
Coordinating all company marketing campaigns in collaboration with our internal recruitment team, the National Commercial Manager and our external marketing agency.

Liaising with agriculture bodies and organisations to identify on-the-pulse marketing opportunities relating to the labour market, government legislation, and other industry updates.

Managing the end-to-end conference process - from organising booth layout and merchandise through to engaging with stakeholders and implementing strategies for information collection on the day.

What we're looking for

As our future Marketing Specialist, you will have:
A degree in Marketing, Communications or similar

Demonstrated experience developing, delivering and measuring marketing initiatives across a range of digital platforms

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A keen interest in the agriculture and/or HR industries

A self-motivated attitude and passion for continuous improvement
