About SSI
Settlement Services International (SSI) is a community organisation and social business that supports individuals and communities to reach their full potential. We work alongside multicultural communities, people seeking asylum, refugees, people with disability, and other vulnerable groups to foster an inclusive and empowered society. Our work is grounded in our values of respect, accountability, inclusion, innovation, and social justice.
Following our recent success in securing the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) tender as a specialist refugee provider, Settlement Services International (SSI) has exciting opportunities to join our team delivering culturally responsive, trauma-informed employment services across 18 Employment Service Areas in NSW, Victoria, and Queensland, through a hub-and-spoke model that supports refugee communities in their journey towards meaningful employment.
About the Role
As an Area Manager with Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA), you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming employment outcomes for people with disability and refugee backgrounds. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll lead and inspire frontline teams across hub, spoke, and outreach sites, ensuring participant-centred services that align with our values and the IEA DEED requirements.
This role is more than operational oversight, it's about strategic leadership, community impact, and empowering teams to deliver meaningful, lasting outcomes. You'll champion our service delivery model, drive continuous improvement through strong financial and KPI management, and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
With the opportunity to also stay connected to the work on the ground through a small caseload or direct support activities, you’ll be at the heart of a program that’s changing lives and building stronger communities.
If you're ready to lead with purpose and passion, this is your opportunity to be part of something truly meaningful.
