**Your new role**
To drive the sales performance in the Australia and NZ market with creative marketing execution, growing market share and supporting the objective of re-establishing the brand as the most desired, talked about and recommended product.
- Understand the current and future consumers of the local market, focusing on consumer journey and insights, ensuring knowledge feeds into the marketing plans.
- Ensuring the brand is executed well across retail partner channels.
- Ownership of the local marketing calendar and ensure this is kept up to date with all agreed marketing plans.
- Pull together of 360 marketing plans in conjunction with retail partners, ensuring delivery of ROI and driving sales performance.
- Alongside the Cluster Digital Team to create and execute 360 marketing campaigns in the channels to ensure message is communicated effectively.
- Responsible for the launch of new products.
- Make sure retail partners have everything they need to launch.
- Work with Social Media specialist and Digital Marketing specialist to align marketing plans in social media channels such as CRM, support on copy and content.
- Manage local marketing agencies such as influencer and PR.
- Monitor brand development, competition and market developments.
- Working with the freelance designers or agencies to deliver any local market assets.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Marketing degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience.
- The right mindset, a creative, tactical and Impactful leader.
- Experience in retail marketing and executing marketing campaigns across different channels.
- Influencer, brand and PR experience in the role.
- Working with marketing budgets and creative thinking.
- Natural commercial mindset and building compelling partnerships with other brands and retailers.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
