Rozzis Franchising Pty Ltd operates several Rozzis restaurants across major shopping centres in Victoria. Rozzis is a well know Italian restaurant serving authentic Italian cuisine.

The business is currently seeking a full time, qualified ICT Support Technician who will be responsible for providing support for the deployment and maintenance of computer infrastructure and web technology and the diagnosis and resolution of technical problems. The role will involve the roll out and implementation of new cloud software across > 10 venues in Austarlia.

Salary is $76,515 per annum plus super.

The key responsibilities and duties are:

- determining software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to problems
- responding to inquiries about software and hardware problems
- adapting existing programs to meet users' requirements
- installing and downloading appropriate software
- implementing computer networks
- designing and maintaining websites
- repairing and replacing peripheral equipment such as terminals, printers and modems
- Minimum Certificate II in Information Technology
- Minimum 1 year of full-time experience gained in a similar position

Pay: $76,515.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
