The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Building & Places Team as a Bid Partner, providing highly valued support to business development, capture planning and leading bid phase activities for architectural, planning, engineering and cost management pursuits within the buildings sector. You’ll be part of a high-performing, well-respected team that encourages excellence and achievement, and is driven by the core values of quality, reliability, passion, and persistence.

**This role will**:
+ Work alongside the technical bid leads to manage the bid process

+ Coordinate and write compelling content for submissions and presentations

+ Coordinate and lead bid strategy, review and risk workshops

+ Keep the bid teams on schedule to produce high-quality documents within tight timeframes

+ Maintain and develop content for the library for pursuit collatera

About You

You are a self-motivated individual with a 'can do' attitude who is able to demonstrate:
+ More than three years' experience in a similar role

+ Ability to build strong internal client relationships

+ Highly organised and able to work under pressure

+ A strong sense of commitment and a willingness to learn

+ Expert MS Office user (and/or Adobe Creative Suite experience)

+ An appropriate tertiary qualification (degree in journalism, English, marketing & communications or similar)

+ Experience in Queensland Government tendering (highly desirable)
