As our new Bid Writer / Proposal Lead focused on working with various advisory streams, you’ll take on an essential role in shaping our future by leveraging your expertise in management consulting or professional services. You’ll be part of a team that drives key pursuits in our advisory service offerings, ensuring that our value proposition and capture planning during the pursuit phase are well defined. You’ll drive value, connect assets to strategy and proactively respond to disruptive change.

Here are the key things you’ll do:

- Collaborate closely with the Advisory leadership team to:

- Define the look forward of opportunities prioritised for Winning work support,
- Make informed GO/NO GO decisions across various advisory capabilities, including asset management, engagement and change management, program, commercial and infrastructure advisory; and
- Drive our key pursuits relative to the service offering
- You will serve as a crucial link between the advisory service and other markets and broader business continuously building and deepening your knowledge of the various advisory capabilities, market demands, and emerging trends to provide valuable insights that shape our service offering strategies.
- Lead or facilitate the bid process for multiple advisory bids, providing guidance and direction to ensure a cohesive and compelling pitch that showcases our expertise and capabilities in various advisory services.
- Oversee and manage advisory bids led by other winning work team members, ensuring seamless coordination, communication, and alignment with our national work-winning strategy.

What are we looking for from you?
- Significant industry experience in similar management consulting, engineering consulting or advisory roles
- APMP membership and / or Shipley accreditation
- Capacity to manage conflicting priorities supported by strong organisational and time management skills enabling you to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Proven ability to work as part of a diverse team, collaborating with colleagues from different advisory streams to bring ideas to life and deliver superior client solutions.
- Aptitude to shape the outcome, take ownership of their work and ability to think critically.
