**Your tasks**:

- Establish the bid tendering requirements from the Sales Managers and Business
- Development Managers both locally and internationally.
- Architect Bid Management solutions and strategies to meet tender requirements
- Plan, define resource demand and Assign Tender resources to meet Tender objectives and milestones
- Support the tender until contract award, and facilitate transition of the project to Programs
- Ensure the Sales Campaign plans which are owned and operated by the Sales and Business Development Managers are accurate and sufficient to enable detailed tender planning
- Contribute to capture strategy
- Manage company risk
- Be accountable for Bid / No Bid reviews
- Work with Division leads (internationally and locally) to communicate local requirements, and seek involvement in international activities where agreed.
- Develop industry relationships and market intelligence
- Develop and communicate win themes
- Be responsible for Offer Release process
