Opportunity to develop in an exciting role working across QLD's major Renewable Energy Solutions Projects.

**Your new company**
Our client is a leading energy infrastructure business with major assets across Australia. Due to an increase in workload, they are looking to engage a Bid Manager/ Pre-Contracts Manager into their Strategy and Commercial division in order to provide support to the General Manager and team of Business Development Managers. You will be joining a supportive and collaborative team working on Energy Solutions (Off Grid Renewable Projects) in a position that provides opportunity for development and engagement with key stakeholders.

**Your new role**
In your new role you will be working closely with the Energy Solutions Power Team and internal stakeholders focussing on final submission documents and continual development of the bid management process. You will also be responsible for the following:

- The development, preparation, and submission of tenders / bids of all types (EOIs, RFPs, tenders etc)
- Management/development of deliverables and activities following bid submissions until contracts execution.
- Development and ongoing management of the Energy Solutions Power proposals library and administration of the target opportunity list.
- Managing the project budget price (capex/opex) and financial modelling process.
- Process development considering all internal and external stakeholders involved with standard bid processes.
- Standard template / documentation development
- Training and roll-out of any systems and documentation

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed you will ideally have he following:

- Previous experience in a bid management or co-ordination role in the energy industry or similar infrastructure business.
- General understanding of power generation and storage technical systems
- Proficient in developing documentation that is clear and effective in communicating the desired message.
- Proficient in document and file management.
- Effective stakeholder management to engage with a variety of stakeholders with conflicting priorities
