**Description**:
To be successful in this role you will need to be confident in the following;
- Speaking clearly and confidently over the phone with customers
- Liaising with the team to coordinate customer communications, both written and verbal
- Listening and understanding problems, maintaining calm to resolve problems as they arise and reassuring customers to maintain integral relationships
- Utilising Social Media to leverage company promotions
- Working with mínimal supervision
- Providing direction and coordination of enquiries, quotes and estimations
- Opportunities to grow and develop within the business

**Skills and Experiences**:
**Your specific skills and experience will include**:

- A degree in Marketing or Business with a strong background in marketing
- A strong customer service ethic
- Ability to multi task across administration tasks
- A passion for engaging customers
- A keen interest in social media marketing
- An interest in website content creation and development beneficial
- Highly organised and detail orientated
- Strong communicator both written and verbal
- A mechanical background would be advantageous but is not required
