We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join the market leader in bulk foundation materials

**Your new company**

This company is the market leader in bulk foundation materials across a wide range of industry sectors including, utilities, landscaping, construction, civil, commercial, trade and retail. They have over 40 years experience in the industry with over 100 staff, a Renewable Resource Centre, and three locations across the East and West of Melbourne. A fleet of vehicles; trucks, tippers and SubTrux, which is an intelligent transport platform that unlocks the potential of hundreds more.

**Your new role**

The company is currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team based out of Deer Park to develop and execute their brand strategy that supports all their overall sales strategy inline with industry best practices. You will:

- Create and execute marketing plans that support their brand and sales strategy
- Develop content that supports their brand and sales strategy
- Liaise with senior managers, regarding sales objectives and business goals
- Determine the marketing budget
- Maintain a hands-on approach to all marketing activities
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns in relation to set goals

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in marketing coordination
- Tertiary qualifications in the areas of business administration, marketing, or demonstration of specific skills in a previous role
- Strong computer literacy with knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Ability to plan and deliver against project deadlines
- Good quality camera equipment; drone etc.
