**About the Role**
As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll take the lead on building brand awareness, engaging audiences, and driving customer loyalty. Collaborating closely with social media and PR agencies, you’ll manage campaigns, craft compelling content, and develop strategies that embody our vision and values.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop & Execute Marketing Strategies: Implement brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.
- Campaigns & Promotions: Design and deliver campaigns to boost foot traffic, online sales, and brand awareness.
- Agency Collaboration: Work with social media and PR teams to ensure key targets are met.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging copy and visual materials for digital and print channels.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
- Event Coordination: Support events and partnerships to enhance brand visibility.
- Community Engagement: Manage Meta comments, DMs, and customer interactions.
- Google & Database Management: Maintain updated Google listings and nurture our customer database.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends to identify growth opportunities.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in a high-growth food business or similar.
- Expertise in Meta, TikTok, and website platforms, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Experience in SEO, Google Analytics, and paid ad optimization.
- Exceptional project management and communication abilities.
- Passion for food, customer experience, and building a brand that resonates across generations.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Shopify experience.
- Advanced research and trend analysis skills.
- An innovative mindset and a hunger for continuous learning.

Pay: $24.87 - $40.52 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
