About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team on a part-time or contract basis (three days per week).
This is a great opportunity for someone who is keen to grow their marketing and business skills in a supportive environment. You will gain exposure to both marketing and sales activities across two dynamic industries, healthcare and environmental protection, and work closely with senior leaders who will help you develop your capabilities and confidence.
You will play an active role in shaping and delivering Plascare's day-to-day marketing activity, coordinating projects, managing social media, supporting client communication, and contributing creative ideas. Over time, you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and grow within the business as your experience and understanding deepen.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day marketing activities including campaign support, social media posting, and content organisation.
- Review and provide feedback on creative materials developed by our external marketing agency.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Support client follow-up, meeting notes, and customer relationship management updates to ensure smooth communication.
- Help maintain consistency and coordination across all marketing and sales touchpoints.
- Contribute ideas and creative input to strengthen Plascare's brand presence and visibility.
About You
This position would suit a recent marketing graduate or someone with around 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, or account support. We are looking for someone eager to learn, organised, and comfortable working across different projects.

- A proactive, can-do attitude with good attention to detail.
- A sound understanding of marketing fundamentals.
Experience in healthcare, procurement, or account management is beneficial but not essential.
