**The Role**
The CB-AF Logistics Manager represents the Royal Australian Air Force interests to support the Australian Air Force Cadets (AAFC) by managing the National Cadet Distribution Centre (NCDC) at RAAF Base Richmond.

Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to,
- Manage APS & Air Force staff.
- Manage NCDC to provide coordinated stores support to the (AAFC) squadrons throughout Australia.
- Manage the transfer of AAFC orders on the CadetNet system to MILIS.
- Liaise with AAFC squadrons to ensure their delivery nodes are capable of receiving incoming stores.
- Provide advice on functionality within CadetNet to ensure efficient and effective management of stores.
- Work with SNCO LOG to provide effective governance of AAFC logistics practices and records.
- Provide oversight of stock levels for AAFC uniforms and engage early with AFHQ LOGBR-AF and CLOSPO to reduce likely impact on the AAFC.
- Responsible for maintaining a safe working environment with the NCDC to ensure WH&S requirements are met and maintained.
