We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to join our team. As the Sales Manager, you'll take the helm, reporting directly to the Managing Director, and carry the charge within the dedicated sales team. Encompassing a dynamic blend of setting ambitious targets, and propelling sales. This pivotal role hinges on your prowess in uncovering novel business prospects, deftly maneuvering through negotiations, and forging enduring client relationships. With your astute analytical prowess, compelling communication, and adept leadership, you'll play a decisive role in decoding market trends and harmonising efforts across cross-functional teams to ignite growth and profitability.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and develop a team of 6 - 15 salespeople.
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets, KPIs as well as expand market share.
- Implement structures and processes to increase productivity and efficiency of sales team.
- Work closely with internal team to help build systems and grow business.
- Manage business relationships with customers and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- 5 years of experience managing sales team in sales management role
- Experience within the education industry preferrable.
- Collaborate across teams to achieve seamless outcomes.
- Team player with ability to grow and develop team members.
- Understanding of market trends and competitive landscape

**Job Type**:Full-Time, Permanent

**Salary**:$45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year + Commissions
