SK Group Oz is a leading painting and coatings contractor in NSW, specialising in multi-residential and commercial projects.

To support this growth, we're after an experienced sales professional who can strengthen builder relationships and drive new business opportunities.

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on, results-driven sales professional who understands the construction industry and knows how to build relationships that turn into projects.

You'll manage the full sales process, from identifying new tenders and coordinating quotes with our estimating team, to following up and securing contracts.

This role suits someone confident on the phone, organised with follow-ups, and comfortable working directly with the Managing Director to convert opportunities into wins.

What You'll Do
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders and developers.
  • Proactively reach out to new builder contacts and follow up warm leads by phone and email.
  • Identify and pursue new tender opportunities.
  • Coordinate quotes with the estimating team and follow up through to contract award.
  • Attend tender and post-tender meetings when required.
  • Manage the CRM, track leads and conversions, and report weekly progress.
  • Support marketing and client-care programs to enhance relationships.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years' experience in sales, estimating support, or client relations within construction or trades.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organised and proactive, you follow through and deliver results.
  • Experience with quoting or CRM tools (Simpro, Cubit, or similar ideal).
  • Hands-on, accountable attitude, you own your pipeline and outcomes.
