Sales Representative

Unicasa supplies bathroom products to all the shops in NSW. We are seeking an experienced and motivated sales representative who will professionally manage and grow a number of key accounts. The goal is to develop strong relationships with existing accounts and drive new clients. This role encompasses client management, new business development, and seeking out new sales opportunities within your client's portfolio.
- Successful and effective sales skills.
- Ensure paperwork and team practises are compliant with our standards.
- Analyse and stay updated with current market trends and develop sales strategies in line with market requirements.
- Achieve sales targets for volume and gross as determined by the General Sales Manager.
- Manage guest complaints and ensure mistakes and problems are not repeated.
- Manage and review sales policies and procedures with the sales team.
- Develop and manage sales forecast on a yearly and monthly basis.
- Comply with Work Health and Safety requirements.
- Annual Employee Performance Appraisal and annual review of job descriptions to include updates.
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
- Working towards sales targets and KPIs: 3 years (preferred)
