**What You’ll Be Doing**:
As a **Customer Care Administrator**, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You’ll:

- Manage the **day-to-day mailroom**, including sorting, distributing, and processing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Oversee **stock control** - ensuring supplies are available and well-managed.
- Support the Customer Care and Retention teams with **administrative tasks**, including updating records, sending communications, and uploading customer information.
- Ensure **documents are accurate and compliant** through quality checking.
- Maintain an organised and efficient workflow across departments.

**What We’re Looking For**:
We’re seeking someone who is:

- Exceptionally **organised with great attention to detail**.
- A confident **communicator** (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to **multi-task and prioritise** in a busy office environment.
- A **team player** with a proactive, solution-focused attitude.

Experience in mail handling, stock control, or document management will be highly regarded, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are even more important.
