- **We are currently seeking Disability Support Workers who live in and around the Tuckombil area to support a 74 -year-old Female diagnosed with a Brain Injury, Dementia and Motor Neurone Disease**to live independently within her own home.**

Duties include but not limited too**- ** Assistance with personal care tasks**
- **Light domestic assistance**
- **Meal preparation and Community participation**- ** You will be supported by qualified healthcare professionals and would get the necessary training and skills to do the best job you can.**

- **Tuesday day shift 09:00 - 1600**
- **Overnights from 1600 - 0900 (includes sleepover from 22:00 -0600)**-
