 Join Our Team as a Disability Support Worker

 Location: Albury, NSW |  Casual Role

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? Eternal Disability Care (EDC) is looking for compassionate, energetic individuals to join our team.

We are currently expanding our team and are looking for carers with a good heart, personal experience, attention to detail and a true desire to make a difference in our disabled and elderly client's lives.

Work with regular participants in your local area

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assisting with daily living tasks (personal care, meals, household duties)
  • Supporting community participation (gym, pool, social outings)
  • Providing emotional support and meaningful companionship
  • Monitoring progress and reporting on participant well-being
  • Implementing support plans and ensuring safety and compliance

Who We're Looking For:

  • Preferred work rights in Australia
  • Driver's license
  • Own car with valid car insurance and registration
  • Current Police Check (not older than 6 months)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or similar (preferred) or equivalent industry experience
  • WWCC (Recommended)
