We endeavour to contribute to the overall well-being and health of our participants.

Our amazing team of dedicated support workers vary in their qualifications, experience and knowledge - which provides us with a diverse and dedicated team.

We work with participants to promote their independence, community inclusion, and social participation.

As a support worker you will be provided with a regular roster. However, this may include irregular hours such as early mornings, late evenings, over nights and weekends.

Qualifications & experience

  • Certificate IV in Disability or Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • NDIS Workers Screening
  • Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid and CPR
  • National Police Check
  • Driver's Licence
  • Own reliable transport

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Supporting participants in-home through personal care and promoting the development of their independent living skills.
  • Supporting participants to access the community to engaging in every day tasks with ease, attend group activities and community events, to promote social inclusion and pursue their hobbies.
  • Completing comprehensive shift notes for every shift. Including achievements, goals, concerns and tasks completed.
