The Opportunity

Due to growth, we are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team on a casual basis. In this role, you will provide essential support, helping people achieve their personal and NDIS goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and practical support as needed
  • Assist with daily activities (meal preparation, medication prompts, community access, social engagement)
  • Build positive relationships with participants and their families
  • Complete clear, timely case notes and escalate concerns to the management team
  • Maintain safe, supportive environments aligned with policies and participant goals

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services, Aged Care, Nursing, or currently studying one of the above
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check & WWCC (or ability to obtain)
  • Police Check (or ability to obtain)
  • Current First Aid/CPR (or willingness to update)
  • Driver's licence and reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Availability for a mix of shifts (including evenings/weekends)
