Redlands RSL is based in Cleveland on Brisbane’s beautiful bayside. Our venue has over 30,000 members and comprises of an a-la-carte restaurant, café, gaming room, bars, function rooms and a snooker room.

We are currently looking to engage an experienced and energetic _**HR,Payroll and Accounts Administrator**_. This is a full-time position as a key member of a small but enthusiastic team reporting directly to the Financial Controller. Additional hours may be required to suit operational needs and/or to cover leave requirements.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Processing end to end weekly payroll including allowances, terminations and Award changes;
- Administration and reconciliation of employee leave entitlements;
- Administration of employee superannuation including processing and monthly reconciliations;
- Analyse and review the payroll information to identify system errors;
- Manage the employment relationship from compliance and regulatory perspective from commencement through to termination;
- Maintain confidential Human Resource documents, policies and procedures;
- Prepare and report on month and year end processing functions;
- Accounts payable;
- Provide assistance and support to Administration team to ensure all daily account administration tasks have been completed.

To be successful in the role you will have:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a full function payroll role;
- Previous experience in an HR environment;
- Strong administration and organisational skills to meet deadlines;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- A mature focus and team-oriented personality;
- Understanding of related legislation, Industrial Awards and salary grades;
- Current Queensland RSA, RSG and National Police Check certificates;

Pay: $27.42 - $43.95 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
