**Qualifications & experience**
- Must have experience using Property ME
- Must be able to slip directly into role with mínimal or no training and have the ability to work autonomously.
**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Position available in 14 days.
- Senior Full-time PM role + Assistant Part time PM Role (3 days a week)
- Annual Salary will depend on task ability.
- All aspects of residential property management experience a must.
- Must have own car. Fuel allowance provided.
- Manage portfolio of 190 properties alongside assistant PM.
- Top to tail trust accounting ability, from entering invoices, daily receipting & reconciliation, mid & end of month payments as required however this is currently managed by our office administrator and not part of this role on a daily basis, at this time. Holiday back up as required.
- Arranging routine inspections.
- Routines are carried out by our field manager. Holiday back up as required.
- Bond lodgements and refunds.
- Lease Renewals. Arrears management.
- Ingoing and outgoing condition reports. Arranging routine inspections
- After hours phone management for emergencies.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
