Anglicare has grown to be one of Queensland’s most trusted providers of ‘all of life services’ across home and residential aged care, mental health, youth support, disability, homelessness, foster care and family. Today we have over 3,000 dedicated and experienced staff, supported by more than 400 generous volunteers, who are there every day for Queenslanders.

**The Role**

The Funding Coordinator will be involved with the management of all funding agreements for Anglicare Southern Queensland. This includes the review of all funding agreements, the execution of the contracts and the management of all reporting requirements.

The Funding Coordinator also works closely with each of the group and service managers to offer support throughout the entire contract lifecycle and all contractual obligations as required.

Some of the duties of the role will include...
- Develop relationships with each of the funders and act as the key point of contact on behalf of Anglicare
- Develop contract schedules that identify and monitor all contractual obligations, milestones, cash flows and variations
- Review and track funding agreements and execute variations as required
- Ensure the relevant group and service managers are aware of all reporting obligations and that these obligations and required actions are clearly understood and delivered as per schedule
- Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders including Group and Service Managers and Executive Leadership team.
- Manage the Funder Agreement mailbox and ensure all items are actioned in a timely manner
- Set up and maintain a Funding Agreement SharePoint site to assist with contractual management

**Ideal Experience & Skillset**
- Experience working in a complex, high value contract management environment in a medium to large environment
- Demonstrated commercial acumen and the ability to read and interpret funding agreement contracts
- High level written and verbal communication, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills
- Experience managing a workload within strict deadlines and time constraints, and ability to adapt to new ways of working
- Strong Microsoft Office and SharePoint skills
- Understanding of the operation of aged care, community services or not for profit organisations
