Primary role

Working alongside the Directors, you will support and coordinate the assessing of real estate opportunities for clients, as well as advising and strategic planning of the existing property portfolios to maximise returns.

This will be a broad role with excellent growth potential as the company expands into Funds Management, Investments, Syndication, Advisory and Transactions.

Key areas of responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Completing Due Diligence on potential acquisitions and divestments
  • Provide the Property Team with accurate property related research
  • Financial Modelling & reporting
  • Assisting the Directors with Business Development & Origination

Duties & Responsibilities

Transactions

  • Source strategic investment opportunities aligned with fund objectives
  • Lead agent engagement to secure on- and off-market deals
  • Execute end-to-end due diligence on acquisitions and divestments
  • Build detailed financial models, including DCFs, investment appraisals, and development feasibilities, to support deal underwriting and decision-making

Development Management

  • Manage budgets, cost reconciliations, and track financial performance of existing projects
  • Navigate planning approvals and liaise with key authorities
  • Liaise with key consultants (architects, planners, surveyors) to deliver outcomes
  • Identify and action value-add initiatives and cost-saving opportunities
  • Represent Trident in JV meetings to provide clear, strategic development updates
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly reports covering financials, project milestones, and upside initiatives

Funds Management

  • Refine fund strategy in line with investor goals and market shifts
  • Leverage market research to drive buy/hold/sell/reposition decisions
  • Translate insights into actions that drive portfolio performance and value
  • Undertake quarterly portfolio reviews reporting on performance, risk, and strategy

Business Development

  • Promote the Trident model to investors, tenants, landlords, and agents
  • Build relationships that unlock opportunities and drive growth

Skills & Qualification

  • 3–5 years' experience in real estate investment, asset management, or property valuations
  • Tertiary qualification in Property Economics or a related field
  • Strong financial modelling skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Argus Estate Master
  • Experience in investment management and/or development management is highly regarded
  • Exceptionally well-organised with strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, driven, and takes ownership as if it were their own business
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships
  • Resilient, tenacious, and comfortable navigating challenges
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capability
