To be successful in this role, you will be well-organised, confident and have excellent attention to detail. Experience designing for digital marketing tools, experience in Adobe Creative Suite and proficiency in leveraging data analytics and customer insights to drive decision-making is highly desirable.

About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator is an essential part of our Marketing Team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this Permanent Full-time role is focused on assisting the marketing team with various marketing and campaign activities, sponsorships and events that drive brand awareness and support Cromwell’s strategy.

Some key areas of the role will include:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across multiple channels for funds management, brand, property and employee engagement.- Write a wide range of relevant, timely and engaging content across various platforms targeted at each customer segment, engaging with external and internal providers as required.- Design and update print and online versions of fund, property and corporate marketing collateral and ensure that all content is approved, accurate and compliant.- Independently coordinate marketing and sponsorship events and webinars, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral- Track progress on various projects and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer insights.
