**About the role**

To support our success we are looking for a Release Coordinator to join the Technology team based in Brisbane.

The Release Coordinator is jointly responsible for the operational planning and coordination of release activities to achieve critical business outcomes and benefits. This role works closely with several release coordinators to manage the Technology release cycle. This role will be working closely with the Release Manager to ensure that all processes are documented and maintained as well as actively identifying continuous improvement within the enterprise release framework.

The key objectives of the Release Coordinator is to ensure that business change is implemented efficiently and effectively with mínimal impact to the organisation including oversight of release quality.

This role is available as a 12 month max-term/ secondment opportunity.

We are **flexible** with location provide you can attend Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney office at least once a week.

**About you**

If this is the right role for you, your skills and qualifications will include:

- Solid experience working in IT Delivery environments with frequent software releases.
- Proven track record in Release coordination/management across multiple delivery teams.
- Proven track record in implementing continuous improvements and root cause analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement, setting and managing expectations.
- Demonstrated experience in dependency management across multiple technologies and change items.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment.
