We are in search of a Sales & Customer Service Representative who is deeply dedicated to helping customers, boosting sales, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

**The Role**:
The primary goal of this role is to prioritize customer satisfaction, manage over-the-counter and phone-based retail trade sales, enquiries, and quotations, all while providing service excellence to our highly valued clients.

We seek an individual who is well-presented, self-motivated, and equipped with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

**Work Day Requirements**:
Monday to Friday

Saturdays (bi-weekly rotation)

**Key Responsibilities**:
In our Sales & Customer Service role, you will be responsible for but not limited to:

- Assisting Trade and Retail customer enquiries
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Building relationships with customers
- Phone orders and Enquiries
- Conducting in-person and phone sales
- Preparing and processing of customer quotations, sales orders, invoicing, and customer payments, ensuring a seamless follow-up to order delivery
- Actively engaging in upselling and cross-selling
- Works with team & Co-operates with other departments to fulfill customer orders
- Operates point of sale (POS) system to transact sales

- Prior sales experience in a trade-related environment (not mandatory but highly advantageous)
- Previous experience in the building and landscape industry (ideal, but not required)

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
