We're looking for a Sales & Customer Service Representative who's motivated, friendly, and dedicated to providing outstanding service to our trade and retail customers.

About the Role

In this customer-facing role, you'll be the first point of contact for builders, landscapers, and retail clients. You'll manage counter and phone sales, handle enquiries and quotations, and ensure every customer enjoys a smooth, professional experience from order to delivery.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Saturday (bi-weekly rotation)

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve and assist trade and retail customers in-store and over the phone
  • Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service
  • Prepare quotes, process sales orders, invoices, and payments
  • Follow up on deliveries and maintain excellent communication with customers
  • Build lasting relationships and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
  • Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to meet customer needs
  • Operate the POS system accurately and efficiently

Skills & Experience

  • Positive, enthusiastic, and can-do attitude (essential)
  • Well-presented with strong communication skills (essential)
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and a great team player
  • Solid attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Basic computer and POS system knowledge
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced trade environment
  • Previous sales experience in a trade, building, or landscaping environment (highly regarded)
