**Opportunity**

In the role of Employee Relations Advisor, you will be essential in fostering and preserving positive relations within our organisation. Your acumen in ER/IR will shape and strengthen people strategies, ensuring a harmonious, compliant, productive and engaged workplace.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Guide and advise on all employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Mediate and resolve employee grievances and disputes, promoting a positive working environment.
- Collaborate with P&C, operations and compliance teams to develop and refine employment policies and procedures.
- Provide training and workshops on employee relations topics to strengthen team cohesion and understanding.
- Undertake effective HR administration on employee relations correspondence and documentation, such as contracts and employment letters.
- Stay updated on labour laws, industry trends, and best practices to ensure the organisation remains compliant and forward-thinking.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and policy development.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations within Australia.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to work across all levels of the organisation.
