Job Description Summary

To effectively perform and coordinate all property acquisition activities to ensure business and project objectives are met by:

- Ensuring all tasks relating to the project activities are in compliance with legislative requirements including all relevant Statutes, Regulations and Codes.
- Efficiently providing property and tenure advice to SSMC staff and clients.
- Liaising with legal advisors in securing formal tenure agreements for installation sites.
- Successfully adhering to project time frames and ensuring costs are kept within budget constraints.
- Exceeding customer expectations with project deliverables.
- Identifying and developing any business opportunities in cooperation and with the approval of the Project Manager.
