**What you will do**:
Manage Aspect’s workplace relations strategy, policy, operations, advisory and case management services to achieve outcomes and manage risk in line with Aspect’s strategic plan and business needs.
**Key accountabilities**:
- Develop and drive workplace relations strategy, policy, frameworks and processes that are contemporary, compliant and consistently applied
- Partner with leaders and HR colleagues in managing workplace relations risk in the context of developing and driving workforce strategies
- Build the capability of leaders in managing workplace relations risk, and in confident resolution of performance and conduct matters
- Implement and manage the working relationship with an outsourced advisory and case management support service, and work with leaders and HR business partners to manage a smooth transition and productive ways of working
- Provide workplace relations advice on organisational change management involving workforce restructuring and transition
- Lead the provision of advice, management and resolution of complex and sensitive cases, and initiate and brief out formal investigations where necessary
- Represent Aspect in enterprise agreement negotiations and consultations with employees, unions and peak bodies; and implement new enterprise agreements
- Engage Aspect’s legal advisors and advocates as required to advise and/or represent Aspect
- Monitor relevant legislative / award and regulatory change, and implement and communicate relevant changes and the implications for Aspect’s business and workforce

**What we are looking for**:
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in employment relations, employment law, industrial relations or human resources.
- Strong working knowledge of contemporary best practice in employment practice
- Demonstrated extensive experience in advising on, managing and resolving complex people and workforce issues.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders in challenging situations
- Proven experience in effectively educating leaders and team colleagues to build workplace relations knowledge and capability
- Demonstrated extensive experience in contemporary workplace relations case management and investigative processes
- Experience in enterprise agreement negotiation and implementation
- Mindset for positive change and commitment and aptitude for process improvement
- Willingness to travel to regional and interstate sites from time to time
- Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- Working with Children Check clearance (NSW) and National Police Clearance
