Due to rapid growth and in line with our global expansion, we are seeking a Quality Control Officer to join our vibrant team in Melbourne.

Key responsibilities of this position include but not limited to:

- Assisting the factory staff in understanding our food safety and quality requirements
- Conducting necessary checks and approvals for incoming and outgoing goods
- Coordinating quality system documentation and records
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to maintain and improve the quality of our products
- Ensure all Critical Control Point verification and calibration activities are complete
- Prepare to complete further training in Quality Systems
- Checking production for product, labeling, and quality conformance
- Maintaining the Company’s Good Manufacturing Practices
- Product monitoring and testing programs

To be considered for this role, you will need to:

- Experience in food factory and have obtained quality control experience.
- Sound knowledge and understanding of food safety systems including HACCP and GMP.
- Possessing food, biology, or chemistry disciplinary background would be highly advantageous.
- Fluent speaking and listening in Chinese would be highly advantageous.
- Have reliable transportation.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
